2. Tired of feeling tired? Here’s help!

Being a mom takes so much energy! Sometimes it feels like we will never get caught up on our sleep or stop feeling tired, even downright exhausted. Some of that just comes with the territory but there are things we can do to make it easier-and no surprise, it starts by looking at our thinking.
In this episode, we’ll talk about how our thoughts create or deplete our energy. Here are 3 tips I share at the end that can help you have more energy-without having more caffeine!
Think energetic thoughts. One of the biggest keys to having more energy is to tell yourself you have it. Constantly reminding yourself that you are tired and sleep deprived can make the situation even worse.
Ask yourself if there are things you need to say no to in this season of life so you can have more energy for the things that matter most.
Set the intention each night to sleep well and wake up energized. Some nights are just rough, but we can sleep better more often by setting the stage with good sleep-inducing thoughts.
