Want to start experiencing more positive emotions? It might be easier than you think when you become intentional about focusing on the positive things that are already happening every day.

In this episode, I’ll share some ways to make yourself feel better emotionally without having to change anything you are doing as a mom, other than the way you are thinking.

Little things like noticing you did something good and appreciating your own efforts are a really good start to experiencing more positive emotions. I give other suggestions as well, like planning activities you enjoy and using music to create the energy you want to feel in your home.
