14. Finding more joy in life

How much joy can you hold? I recently heard that question and it really got me thinking. Negative emotions really get our attention and we can get stuck dwelling on our problems and feeling discouraged, distracted, and just kind of down and out by default. If we want to experience more joy and happiness we can, it just takes some focus and intention. In this episode I’ll help you recognize what joy feels like, what brings you joy, and how you can generate more feelings of joy anytime you want them. As moms we can set a more joyful tone in our homes by recognizing and emphasizing our own joy.
