18. Happiness on purpose

In this episode I’m talking about joy again, but this time with a twist. I’ll be sharing with you how you can plan for and experience joy, happiness, and other positive emotions in advance. We are all meant to have positive and negative emotions and experiences in life. But I want to teach you how to notice and build upon the positive ones so you can juice more joy out of everyday life.
You can apply this idea in life’s daily experiences like your morning routine, or to big events like a vacation to Hawaii. My husband and I tried this on our recent trip to Hawaii and it made the trip even more special and memorable. I don’t think you’ve heard anything like this before so I hope you’ll listen in and then try it out for yourself!
